An immersive full weekend dance journey designed to evolve the flame of embodied inquiry that expands our sense of intimacy with all that arises. The subtleties of emotions, the textures of sensations, and receptivity to the quality of presence in the space between us, penetrate barriers to the free unfolding of our personal and collective soul.

In the garden of deep dancing, deep listening, and authentic expression, all senses engage and become conduits of perception. A responsiveness and an openness of our whole body and being reveal the multi-dimensional nature of our experience. The space within and the space between us deepens in true intimacy.

What to Expect:

Dance deeply, tenderly and wildly as we find ourselves collectively in troubled times

About The Teacher

Jo Hardy has worked with hundreds of people over more than 30 years as a conscious dance and group facilitator, somatic psychotherapist, transformational coach, supervisor and trainer. She is an accredited teacher of 5 Rhythms ((Waves and Heartbeat), Open Floor and Movement Medicine. Her work integrates conscious dance, dynamic heart inquiry, embodied awakening, somatic psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, Process work, authentic relating and is trauma informed. The price for theworkshop is divided into 3 slots, depending on when you register:

First Slot (15 places): 160€ *sold out*
Second Slot (15 places): 190€ *ongoing*
Third Slot (15 places): 220€

Discounts

- 10 % for Release Members (you can become one by quickly filling up this form)

- 30% for students or people in a situation of unemployment (send us an email with proof of your status to request this discount)

Venue

This event will happen at Centro Upaya, an oasis in Lisbon (Campolide) where you immediately feel safe and at home. The dance floor is delicious and everything about the space is softly inviting us to relax and open.
